  • Quart size pot for boiling eggs
  • 2 good size mixing bowls
  • Mixing Spoons
  • Alternative; Icing bag for mixture to pipe into egg white


  • 12 Hard Boiled Eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes flakes/or fresh just leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp. chives
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • Fresh Parsley Garnish


  • Hardboil all the eggs and let cool, then peel
  • In a bowl, combine the next 11 ingrediants.
  • Cut eggs lengthwise in half; remove yolks (yellow stuff) and set the whites aside.
  • In another bowl, add the yolks to the mayonnaise mixture, mixing well. Spoon the filling into the egg whites. Top with fresh parsley
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve
